In remote areas, areas often affected by natural disasters, floods are very shortage of facilities, especially schools, homes for students. DAD Rotary Fund will build new schools and semi-boarding houses at new natural disaster sites so that pupils in this area will soon be stable. In order to achieve the objective of the DAD Rotary Fund, a number of urgent activities are proposed:

1. Build schools for highland children

2. Build a boarding house for highland children

3. Build bridges and roads for poor communes and districts

4. Build cultural houses for the commune

5. Build community playgrounds

6. Construction of vocational training for disabled and orphaned children
